The website is on WordPress. But that's because it's what my "website person" uses. Although once they set it up, it is being fairly easy to maintain and switch text and photos around. But it's not what I would choose if I was doing it on my own. I'm sure there are easier ones than WordPress.
There are. My current one is on Weebly, but they sold themselves to square, which has made the template building more cumbersome than I’d like. I’m on the search for a new one.
I had a Weebly site for years, but Square has made it almost impossible to edit. I'm now hoping to learn WordPress well enough to choose a host that would not have such a death grip on my content. The new site looks great, Sandra, and I'm excited about the book. I'd love to get to Gainesville, but if not, I'll be there virtually whenever there is that option.
Thanks, Betty Jean. And I sure do hope to see you here in Gainesville, but if not, both the upcoming events have an online or virtual version. I'm not sure what the Matheson set up is (perhaps they film me as I speak?) but the Charis event is purely virtual.
It’s looks fantastic, Sandra. I’m redoing mine, too. What website server did you use?
